$20 First Sample for New Customers

New Customers (defined below) may submit their first testing sample for corrosion and MIC (Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion) and/or diesel fuel degradation testing services at a promotional price of $20.00 per sample.
This Offer applies to a single sample only. All subsequent samples will be charged at Dyne’s then-current list price for the applicable service.
1. Definitions and Eligibility
1.1 “Customer” means a single branch location of a company or other entity. Each branch location is treated as a separate Customer. For example, if a Company operates locations in Minneapolis and Madison, the Minneapolis location and the Madison location are each a separate Customer.
1.2 “New Customer” means a Customer that has not previously submitted a corrosion and MIC or diesel fuel degradation testing sample to Dyne or purchased corrosion and MIC or diesel fuel degradation testing services from Dyne prior to the start of the Offer Period.
1.3 The Offer is available only to New Customers located in the United States.
1.4 Existing Customers (branch locations that have previously purchased corrosion and MIC or diesel fuel degradation testing services) are not eligible for this Offer.
1.5 Employees of Dyne, its parent company NFPA Global Solutions, their affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible.
2. Offer Period and Qualifying Services
The Offer begins on September 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). To qualify for the promotional price, the New Customer must request a prepaid promotional sample kit during the Offer Period.
The $20.00 promotional price applies to corrosion and MIC and diesel fuel degradation testing service offered by Dyne.
If a New Customer submits multiple samples of the same type simultaneously, only the first sample processed will receive the $20.00 price, and all remaining samples will be invoiced at Dyne’s then-current list price.
3. Redemption, Limitations, and Post-Promotional Pricing
3.1 Redemption
(a) No coupon code or prior registration is required. The promotional pricing will be applied automatically when Dyne receives and identifies a first-time sample from a New Customer during the Offer Period.
(b) Dyne provides free sample kits and free shipping for sample submission within the contiguous United States. Standard Dyne shipping policies apply.
3.2 Limitations
(a) One discounted corrosion and MIC and one discounted diesel fuel degradation sample per Customer. Each New Customer (each branch location) is entitled to one (1) corrosion and MIC and one diesel fuel degradation sample at the $20.00 promotional price. A single parent company with multiple branch locations may have multiple eligible New Customers, each entitled to one discounted corrosion and MIC and one discounted diesel fuel degradation sample.
(b) The Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special pricing, except that a qualifying corrosion and MIC or diesel fuel degradation testing sample submitted by a New Customer during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026) will also generate one entry in the Dropmaster DM25 Giveaway, subject to the Official Rules of that Sweepstakes.
(c) The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
3.3 Pricing After the Promotional Sample
Following the first sample at the promotional price of $20.00, all subsequent samples submitted by the Customer will be invoiced at Dyne’s then-current list price for the applicable testing service.
4. Service Terms, Modifications, and Governing Law
4.1 All testing services performed at the promotional price of $20.00 are subject to Dyne’s standard turnaround time and Dyne’s standard service terms and conditions. Dyne makes no representations or warranties regarding the results of any testing services beyond those set forth in Dyne’s standard service terms.
4.2 Dyne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted on Dyne’s website and will apply to samples received after the date of modification.
4.3 The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
4.4 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota.
