The following Official Rules govern the Dropmaster DM25 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Dyne Fire Protection Labs, LLC. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Eligible Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules in their entirety. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, and wherever else prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor
The Dropmaster DM25 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Dyne Fire Protection Labs, LLC (“Dyne” or “Sponsor”), located at 2357 Ventura Drive, Suite 108, Woodbury, MN 55125. Phone: (800) 632-2304. Email: dyne.lab@nfpaglobal.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Sweepstakes is open to businesses and other entities located in the United States that are engaged in fire protection, building maintenance, or related commercial activities.
2.2 For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “Eligible Entrant” means the company or entity (not the individual employee) that submits or pays for a qualifying sample or submits a free entry as described in Section 3. Each branch location of a company is treated as a separate Eligible Entrant.
2.3 Employees of Dyne, its parent company NFPA Global Solutions, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
2.4 The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, and wherever else prohibited by law. Eligible Entrants must not be located in New York or Florida. Samples received from, or free entries submitted by, entities located in New York or Florida will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Sample Entry Method
During the Entry Period (defined in Section 4), each corrosion and MIC testing sample or diesel fuel degradation testing sample received by Dyne and paid for by an Eligible Entrant will automatically generate one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. One entry per qualifying sample received. Both new and existing customers are eligible for sample-based entries.
3.2 Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, an Eligible Entrant may submit a completed entry form by mailing a handwritten entry on a 3” x 5” card or sheet of paper containing the entrant’s company name, branch location address, contact person name, email address, and phone number to:

Each complete free entry received during the Entry Period generates one (1) entry. Limit: one (1) free entry per Eligible Entrant per calendar month during the Entry Period. Free entries carry the same odds of winning as sample-based entries and are placed into the same drawing pool. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted. Postage is the responsibility of the entrant.
3.3 All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 21, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Mail-in entries submitted pursuant to Section 3.2 must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026, and received by Dyne no later than January 8, 2027, to be eligible. Mail-in entries that are postmarked after December 31, 2026, or received after January 8, 2027, will be disqualified regardless of the date of mailing.
For sample-based entries submitted pursuant to Section 3.1, the date of receipt by Dyne determines eligibility. A qualifying sample must be physically received by Dyne during the Entry Period to generate an entry.
5. Prize
5.1 Prize. One (1) Dropmaster DM25 maintenance tool. The Dropmaster DM25 is a specialized maintenance tool that uses a patented siphoning system to quickly and cleanly remove residual water from sprinkler systems. Sponsor will also cover standard ground shipping of the prize to the winner within the contiguous United States. Winners located outside the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii) are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
5.2 Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $8,300.00 (including shipping).
5.3 No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5.4 The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. Winner (or winner’s parent entity, as applicable) will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2027. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of Dyne.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) calendar days after the drawing, or if the winner declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6.3 The prize will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant (i.e., the company or entity that paid for the qualifying sample or submitted the free entry), not to any individual employee.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and cannot be determined in advance.
8. Conditions, Restrictions, and Limitation of Liability
8.1 By entering, each Eligible Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
8.2 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant that it determines has attempted to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
8.3 Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its parent company, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for:
(a) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
(b) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize;
(c) any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties with computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, or email; or
(d) any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes.
8.5 By entering, each Eligible Entrant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
9. Publicity, Privacy, Governing Law, and Official Rules Requests
9.1 Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s company name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9.2 Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.dyneusa.com/about-us.
9.3 Governing Law. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota.
9.4 Official Rules Request. 9.5 Winner’s List. For the name of the winner (available after January 15, 2027), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the same address with “Winner’s List” indicated on the outer envelope. Requests must be received by April 1, 2027.
