Rob Keogh

Managing Director for PFS TECO and NGS Evaluation Services

Rob is the managing director for PFS TECO, where he is responsible for the Modular Buildings, Building Products and Appliances businesses, in addition he drives the evaluation services of NFPA Global Solutions™. He is also responsible for leading the development and execution of the growth strategy for the overall TIC Compliance solutions. Rob brings more than 25 years of operations and leadership experience in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) space, including industry sectors such as electrical, building materials, fire equipment, and life safety and security. Prior to joining NFPA, he was the director of M&A integration and business operations for the Software and Advisory business at UL Solutions. Rob earned his MBA from DePaul’s Kellstadt School of Business and his BS in civil engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
