Corrosion & MIC testing supports conditions outlined in NFPA 25 related to internal piping assessment. “When tubercles or slime are observed during inspections, samples are to be tested for indications of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC).” NOTE: Our service also supports NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, requirements for the evaluation of water supplies and environmental conditions that may contribute to corrosion or microbial activity.
